Solstice & Mystery
Get To Know Us
Meet Solstice (6.5 years) and Mystery (4.5 years), a bonded pair of sweet boys looking for a calm, loving home together.
Solstice and Mystery have been in care since the winter of 2022. Both boys were living in an industrial area and were trapped by an MHS volunteer.
Solstice, the black-and-white charmer, is full of energy and confidence. He’s incredibly curious, loves meeting new people, and will happily come right up for head scratches.
Playtime is his favorite, and whether he’s chasing toys or leaping around, Solstice brings a fun, lively energy to the home.
Mystery, his grey tabby companion, is a little more reserved at firs,t but just as loving in his own gentle way.
He enjoys soft pets and brushing and prefers a calm environment where he can feel safe and participate at his own pace.
Solstice and Mystery are litter-trained, indoor-only, and FIV-positive. With proper care, FIV-positive cats can live long, happy lives, and these two are doing well.
Mystery has had many teeth removed as a result of having FIV. He feels great and loves to eat both kibble and canned food.
Solstice can be a bit dominant with other cats, they would do best as the only pets in a quiet home where they can settle in comfortably and be themselves.
After being rescued from life outdoors, Solstice and Mystery are ready to enjoy the safety and warmth of a forever home.
If you’re looking for a pair that offers both playful energy and gentle companionship, they could be the perfect match.
