Sadie was surrendered as her owner was unable to handle the rambunctious 80 pound “Puppy”. Several city shelters and several other rescues turned her down and would not help She contacted MHS- who went immediately to her home to offer assistance.

Sadie was a lovely girl- just large and undisciplined.

How very lucky for Sadie that she found a forever home with someone who was willing and able to give her the training and love she deserved.

She is doing so well in her forever home with her “sister” Dee Dee.

From the adopter: Born in January 2022. Sadie is a chocolate lab. Sadie has been such a blessing in our lives, and us in hers. She's allergic to just about everything except love. After finding her forever home- she is enjoying everything life has to offer.
