Buddy's momma was rescued from a farm in Hamilton. She gave birth to 7 kittens within days of coming into MHS care.

SKYE

Buddy came to our family through the Fostering Program at Mississauga Humane Society. He was one of the three kittens, along with the mother, that we fostered. In our house, we already had a dog, Skye, and a cat, Squeaks, both who are rescues.

Skye is 6 years old and was adopted from a high kill shelter in Alabama. Out of all the adorable kittens, Buddy stood out and fit right in with our family. This little furball would always rub against our legs, purring contently, cuddled happily, played incessantly, and showered all of us with endless affection. It was clear to all of us that Buddy had chosen us as his family, and formed a strong bond formed with our son. Buddy was his shadow and they would spend countless hours together. Buddy has completely settled in and is part of the family.
